Caloocan isn't one uniform roof type — South Caloocan is dense, highly urbanized housing, while North Caloocan (closer to the Bulacan border) has newer, more spread-out residential communities. We size and mount differently depending on which side of the city you're on, not a one-size-fits-all install.
South Caloocan sits right against Metro Manila's dense urban core — smaller lots, closer neighbors, and roofs where mounting layout and shading from adjacent structures need real attention, not a generic template. North Caloocan, being nearer Bulacan (also part of our service area), tends to have more recently built homes with a bit more roof space to work with.
Either way, we run the same engineering process: real load calculation from your actual bill and appliances, not a flat per-panel estimate that ignores which part of the city you're in.
Both South and North Caloocan. The main difference on our end is the site survey — smaller, closer-set lots in South Caloocan get more attention to shading and mounting layout, while North Caloocan's newer builds usually have more straightforward roof access.
Often yes, but it depends on how much shading and when — a system can still be sized around partial shading, just with adjusted panel placement or string layout. This is exactly why we do a real site check instead of quoting off a satellite photo.
We're based in neighboring Quezon City, so Caloocan is one of our closer service areas — reach out for current site visit availability.
